Although, Condoleezza Rice and Hillary Clinton, in respective order of their tenures, have been rather shady Secretary of States (both implicated in adventures involving not keeping with the spirit of the charter of the United Nations, to put it kindly), they are at least supporting politically imprisoned former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko and currently trying to win her freedom. This may be a part of the atonement process for Rice and Clinton, trying to do good in this matter to make up for all their shadiness. Hopefully, Rice and Clinton may find it in their hearts to make further atonements for their otherwise abuses of power while in office (Clinton is President Obama's Secretary of State; Rice was Secretary of State from 2005 - 2009). This is a great start for them!
